Dian joined IBRC in 2010 after graduate from Gadjah Mada University. She continuing her master in Universitas Udayana, Biology and graduated in June 2015. Astria is a veterinarian who falls in love with marine research. She involved more on basic laboratorium techniques and phylogenetic analyses. She co-authored species description of Paracheilinus rennyae with Mark Erdmann and Gerrald Allen. She also works for seagrass population project (Enhallus accoroides) using microsatellite marker.

Rina has been active with conservation activities during her undergraduate year. She joined WWF in Cendrawasih National Bay to do coral and fish monitoring in 2013. She also joined the UCLA training for 2 months to learn laboratory preparation for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) research in 2014.

Andri first came to IBRC to do internship for 6 months. He ended up studying barcoding technique and researching shark barcoding as his undergraduate thesis and continuing to stay in IBRC for full year. He currently works at Badan SAR Nasional (Basarnas), Manokwari.
Andika worked on seahorse genetic as his undergraduate thesis. He joined IBRC to improve his skill in molecular technique. He was trained to do the ARMS works, including deploying, recovering, analyzing and extracting sample. He involved in several project, tuna, shark and also species description. He also mentoring several undergraduate student during his stay in IBRC.
Ahmad is a chemistry student who interested in molecular technique, particularly PCR (Polyerase Chain Reaction). He co-authored one paper describing new species from Papua, Cirrhilabrus marinda. Ahmad currently studying in Biochemistry department, Institute Pertanian Bogor (IPB).

Diko joined IBRC as an undergraduate student on January 2010. He helped several other students in IBRC to start their scuba diving skill. Diko involved in dottyback phylogenetic project and continues his undergraduate research by analyzed the phylogenetic of Pseudochromis and Pictichromis genus.
Naren has involved in genetic study from undergraduate. He worked on genetic of viruses such as bird flu and swine flu. During his stay in IBRC, he worked with phylogenetic of clownfish, Decapterus and Pomacentrus. He currently works at Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Marine Department, Badung Regency.
Made Ritha Krisna

Nana has basic molecular technique starting from undergraduate. She studied viruses in Biomedical Laboratory at Udayana University. She is working on phylogeny of reef fish; Chrysiptera and Decapterus. She also managed the project of Grouper genetic identification and gut-content microbial research in IBRC.
After graduated from bachelor degree, Mirah active in Biomedical Laboratory, researching viruses including bird flu and rabies. Mirah join IBRC to help new coming student learned Laboratory work of basic molecular. Mirah currently works in Agriculture Quarantine office in Bali.
Pak Takdir is a lecturer in Marine Science and Fisheries Faculty, Universitas Negeri Papua, Manokwari. He focuses on aquaculture and his research interest is Tilapia mossambica. Pak Takdir also involved in coral genetic study in IBRC and phylogenetic of Pomacentrus phillipinus.
Pak Munasik has interest in coral ecology study and has conducted several researches related with that topic in Karimun Jawa, Central Java. He also interest in coral reproduction and coral transplantation as well as broad research in marine conservation.
Sari is a lecturer in Veterinary Science, Universitas Udayana. She first joined the IBRC summer program in 2011 and working in fairy basslet (genus Pseudanthias) Phylogenetic project. Previously, she did the genetic study of Bali starling (Leucopsar rothschildi) in Bali Barat National Park.
